1. No Refund After Payment Transfer

Once a payment has been transferred, all fees are final and non-refundable.

  • Surveying & engineering services
  • Training programs
  • Digital deliverables
  • Service retainers
  • Project-based fees
  • Online or in-person sessions

By initiating a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that no refund will be issued under any circumstances after the transfer is completed.

2. Service Delivery

We are committed to delivering all agreed services professionally and within the agreed scope.
In the event of any delay or required modification, clients may request:

  • Adjustments within the agreed scope
  • Updated delivery timelines
  • Clarification of deliverables

However, such cases do not qualify for a refund.

3. Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel a project or service after payment, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Depending on the stage of the project, we may offer:

  • Rescheduling of the service
  • Credit toward another service
  • Adjustment of scope as mutually agreed

This will be decided at our discretion.

4. Non-Returnable Services

Because our services are professional, digital, and project-specific, they are considered non-returnable.
This includes:

  • Survey data
  • Digital maps
  • Reports
  • Training materials
  • Consultancy time
  • Technical deliverables

Therefore, no “returns” or reversals can be processed.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases where a refund may be legally required (such as fraudulent transactions or duplicate billing), we will review the case. Such situations must be proven with supporting documents.
